By using myexamsaathi.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is operated by MyExamSaathi, New Delhi, India.

MyExamSaathi provides practice mock tests, previous-year questions, study notes, exam notifications and performance analytics for Indian government and competitive exams. Free tests can be attempted without an account; an account is needed to save results and buy Premium.

You must give accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not create accounts to abuse free limits, scrape content or resell access. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Premium costs ₹99 for 30 days of access. It is a one-time payment — we do not store a mandate and it does not renew automatically. Access ends at the end of the paid period; you can buy again whenever you like.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We activate Premium only after the payment is verified on our servers. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

• Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish paid questions, notes or analysis.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or bypass access controls on the platform.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material through Studio tools.
• Do not share your login so that others can use Premium without paying.

The site design, question bank, notes, explanations, analytics and branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation. Exam names, logos and official notifications belong to their respective authorities.

MyExamSaathi is an independent private preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by UPSC, SSC, IBPS, SBI, RRB, any state public service commission, police board or any other government body. We do not conduct exams, accept applications or issue results/admit cards. Always verify dates and details on the official website linked in our notifications.

Mock scores, analytics, predicted rank ranges and study plans are educational aids. They are estimates, not predictions, and do not guarantee selection or any particular result. Exam patterns and marking schemes can change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or exam outcomes. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Notifications and blog posts link to official and third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We may update the service, prices or these terms. Material changes will be shown on the site before they apply. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have.
